Many high school students, on their way to gain admission to a good college, focus for years on obtaining a good grade on the SAT’s. However, no matter how much you study, if you don’t prepare mentally and physically for the SAT’s, all the study you have done until now will be no use. Therefore, students use a number of techniques, although some of them might not work for some people, to help them prepare themselves for the day of the test. Here are some methods I believe will be very helpful.

SAT/TPA Test Pack 1

1) The first thing that you can do is to get a good night’s rest everyday. By getting enough sleep, your brain will be able to retain most, if not all, of the information you learned that day. 2)Instead of cramming all the information into your head in the last month, take a long period of time, about 6 months to a year, to gradually learn all the material that you think you will need. If you cram, you tend not to learn the material correctly and you won’t be able to use what you’ve learned to its fullest potential.
3) Ask your peers for help on problems that you don’t understand as soon as you can. If you go on without reviewing that material, you will lose some easy points that you wouldn’t have lost easily if you would have only asked someone.
4) Continuously eat a good breakfast. By eating a good breakfast, your brain will be able to function much better in the morning. Since the SAT test starts around 8 30, it’s necessary to be prepared in any way possible, even by eating a healthy and nutritious breakfast.
